An open online lecture was held for law students by a member of the board of the NGO «International Cybersecurity University», head of the research and training center, associate professor Mykola Khudyntsev.

The topic of the lecture is “Regulatory and” non-regulatory “cybersecurity in Ukraine”.

The event was organized by a public organization and the Student self-government Council of the Faculty of Advocacy of Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University.

The initiative group of the Council (students Oleksandra Kovtunenko, Volodymyr Dudka, Maria Makarova, Kateryna Prygoda, Darya Sergeeva, Darya Untevska) has been implementing an educational project to increase the level of knowledge of Ukrainian citizens on cybersecurity for a long time.

Meetings-lectures with different speakers are held, as a rule, once a week, for 1-2 hours, preceded by interesting information prepared by moderators.

Mykola Khudyntsev’s lecture was divided into 3 parts:

✔️ history of cybersecurity in Ukraine,

✔️ analysis of the thematic regulatory framework,

✔️ story about the activities and cases of the organization during the last year.

The event was attended by more than 40 listeners.

All present expressed hope that these meetings will become a good tradition to increase knowledge in the field of cybersecurity.

Many thanks to the initiative group for disseminating knowledge about cybersecurity!

Let’s be cyber-aware, and therefore more cyber-secure!
