The parties identify the following main areas of cooperation:

• establishing constructive cooperation in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine, introduction of joint effective measures to prevent illegal encroachments on information, telecommunications and information and telecommunications systems, electronic information resources, telecommunications;
• preparation of methodological recommendations for joint actions and mechanisms of interaction;
• implementation of joint practical measures that do not contradict the law, in order to increase the level of detection of cybercrime;
• creation of a single information field for the effective exchange of information, analytical and reference data, for which the law does not set restrictions on their dissemination and / or dissemination;
• identification of current problems of functioning of national information, telecommunication and information-telecommunication systems and development of measures aimed at their solution;
• creating a positive image of national information, telecommunication and information-telecommunication systems and increasing public confidence in them.

Only through joint efforts will we be able to build a cyberspace!
